Business Owner

As the proud owner of A.U.N. Body Care, Jenny has a comprehensive education in massage styles from various parts of the world. Trained in all areas of Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and Swedish massage, along with relaxation and deep tissue massage, Jenny knows the importance of both clinical and non-​clinical procedures. Her appreciation for non-​invasive, entirely relaxing massage techniques, has her clients requesting her services time and again.

Being highly aware of each clients needs, Jenny trains her staff in understanding the requests or each client, and the importance of being in tune with what their body is responding to or resisting against.

At A.U.N. Body Care, the art of relaxation is not a clinical procedure, but rather a highly in-​tune process which each staff member is trained for by Jenny herself.

This place is a total rip off. Went here because wanted a last minute massage but didn’t know it was a shady massage place. Went with my bf and they charged us 70 each for 45 min and said we had to pay tax and tip and charged us 170 total. I said that’s a rip off to her face and she said that’s the policy. I rather stick to big feet

I popped in here for a remedial Chinese massage. I think it’s a cover for a brothel! There were showers in the rooms and when I asked to use the bathroom there was only a men’s bathroom.
The massage was not good at all.
Afterwards the girl said do you want to pay in the room and I said no I’ll pay out the front. She then said there were clients outside!
When I went out the two men ran back outside!
Avoid this place if you are a female looking for remedial massage. However if you are a man looking for more than a massage then I think this is the place you are looking for

No wonder other reviews say the girls did not seem trained. This place is not legit. They advertise on backpage… You know what’s up.

Came in for a foot bath with reflexology and a 10 minute neck/​shoulder massage.
The room was so dark and I am pretty sure it wasn’t cleaned after the last clients. The towels on the chair definitely looked well sat in when I got there.
The girl who did my procedure was very sweet, but it was clear she had no training in massage or reflexology. Her hands were weak and the foot reflexology involved lots of rubbing up and down all over my foot — no actual reflexology. Also the treatment was advertised as 40 minutes, and while I was in there for 40 minutes, ten of those minutes were me sitting in the dark room waiting. I didn’t bother mentioning the short time though because, well, it just wasn’t that good.
So like I said, the service provider was very nice, unfortunately the service provided was mediocre.

I walk by this place frequently, so I decided to check it out. I called to book an appointment for later in the day for two 60-​minute Swedish Massages.
They showed us to a nice 2-​person room, but they didn’t suggested where to put our clothes, so we folded them up and put them under the table. I was also a little surprised they didn’t ask if we had any particular areas of tension.
For the first half, they focused on our backs. In retrospect, I preferred the second half (arms, hands, legs, feet). The best part of the first half was the thumping towards the end. I’m not sure why the second half was better.
When we went up to pay, things went down hill: The promotion advertised for a couple weeks in the front window on a large sign said $ 65⁄60 min Swedish Message; when they rang it up, it was full-​price ($ 90⁄60 mins). When I asked, the lady (the owner?), she replied that they had done a Deep Tissue Massage.
I’m not a regular spa-​goer, so I’m not too familiar with different types of massages; but from looking at the descriptions, the two seem pretty similar. That aside, a Deep Tissue Massage was not what we asked for, so I think it’s dishonest that they gave us something different at a higher cost (and I’m not sure I even believe they actually did the Deep Tissue instead of the Swedish). I would not have minded paying the full price if I hadn’t already made my decision based on the advertised promotion price.
If I decide to not return, it will be due to this dishonesty, not the quality of service we received. Else, I will be sure to book an appointment via email so I have something to reference in case of another discrepancy.
