A Safe Alternative Designated Drivers

I’ve never been treated so poorly than I was when I called ASA last night. The lady told me that it was going to be at least an hour because it was super busy, and that I should call a different business. I’m no stranger to busy nights, and being 2:30 am on Saturday night, I had expected long wait times. When I tried some other companies with no answer, I called back, thinking that I would have to wait an hour and that would have to do. When I called back, the lady straight up snapped at me, told me it would be an hour and a half because «it just got busier» and that if I wanted a car I had to leave my credit card number and there would be a $ 40 cancellation fee. If she had explained how this worked to me and explained about the wait times etc. I would have agreed, but she was so incredibly rude. That would be like someone walking into the restaurant where I work, and me telling them that we’re too busy to serve them, and that they should go somewhere else. I will not be giving these guys my business EVER and I advise you to follow suit, unless you like to be treated like scum.
