I was kept waiting so long for my first appointment that ultimately i left. To me, my time is obviously not viewed with any priority with this podiatrist. Very unprofessional.

Gave me improper orthotics in spite of them scanning my feet. My new doctor couldn’t believe what he was seeing and modified them for free, seeing as I paid for them because they processed my insurance improperly. To get them re-​done and refile the insurance claim was a ridiculous procedure and I am relieved my new doctor could fix them.
Also, she said of my condition she wasn’t sure about what it was and said she would consult her professor and research the information and call me in.
She never called and our next appointment she had nothing to offer.
I could understand the derelict behaviour from a lot of businesses, but anyone in the medical profession should hold themselves to a higher standard.
Do your homework, and maybe try to care about your patients a little bit.
