One of the go-​to places when one needs items in a pinch, heading in or out of richmond.
Parking is available in the spots out front.
This location is also tied to a Petro Canada, which is useful when one also needs gas. It is one of the smaller locations, but they have everything one would need and expect from a convenience store.

Really like this sevvy. It’s got very friendly staff and they keep their shop very clean after visiting a few other 7−11s I can see that they take very good care of there’s. I would recommend it!

Maybe I’m a tad generous but this one’s super convenient for me when heading home, north-​bound off the Knight St. bridge, especially as there’s a Petro Canada gas too, gotta support the Canadian brand right?
Do find this one fully stocked, not just in terms of products, but staff too, Usually there’s 2 cashiers plus another one re-​stocking shelves or refilling the hot junk food — so i know it’s fresh with good turnover.
As always, I grab the glazed donut every now n then due to my sweet craving.
