Cornerstone Naturopathic offers naturopathic medical services to patients in the Halifax and St. Margarets Bay area. Patients with all conditions are treated using natural remedies based on current scientific research as well as years of experience. The ultimate goal of treatment is to improve quality of life for the patient by working together to achieve health and wellness. Services include: acupuncture, IV therapy, botanical medicine, laser therapy and clinical nutrition to name a few.

History

Established in 2011.

Dr. Ben Connolly is originally from Nova Scotia. After living in Toronto for almost 5 years to attend naturopathic medical school, he is very happy to be back home on the east coast. He started Cornerstone Naturopathic to provide a much needed service to the communities of Upper Tantallon, Hammonds Plains, Hubbards and the whole St. Margarets Bay Area. Cornerstone Naturopathic is a full service naturoapthic clinic offering a wide range of services.

Dr. Ben Connolly graduated from Saint Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and went on to obtain his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.

Ben works in general family practice treating all conditions from acute to chronic. Ben has a balanced approach to patient care combining current research with experience to provide the highest level of care for his patients. He utilizes naturopathic treatment modalities including nutrition, physical medicine, orthomolecular medicine, botanical medicine, acupuncture and lifestyle counselling.

Ben strongly believes in an integrated approach to health and well-​being and promotes working with multiple practitioners to achieve the best possible care for patients.
