A G Secure Property Management

I have had the worst experience with this company. Here is a few examples of what happened to me:
1. Over billed me for work that was not done on my property.
2. They allowed tenants to pay late several times a month
3. Allowed tenants to smoke despite a indoor smoking ban.
4. Billed me for carpet cleaning that was never done
5. Rarely inspected the property so when new tenants came in the property was in disrepair.
6. Allowed drug users to live in the property
7. Swore at me when confronted about my issues and refused to meet to discuss. The owner swore in front of the tenant’s young children
8. Would not provide me with statements unless I asked several times
9. Did not inform me of major repair work until the city contacted me and informed them I had no idea about these issues.
10. Would not follow up on tenant issues and complaints.
11. Did not complete or do comprehensive back ground checks on tenants
12. All company did was collect the rent and email me 10 days after to collect excess interest on deposits.
I trusted this company because I live in Toronto while this company was local but I am extremely disappointed and now untrusting of property managers.
