I went to this store and found a very helpful lady named Nicola and a gentleman named Claude. They were both extremely helpful... unlike some!!. First there was some problem setting up my phone which Nicola helped me with on Sunday. Then there was a problem with the voicemail which Claude helped me with on Monday. Thank you both for taking the time and trouble to help me. Anna Zachariah

The guys at this wireless wave location was very helpful. i needed a new phone and I called my provider and visited their store and best buy, none of them did anything. I walked into to inquire in wireless wave to inquire about buying a phone at full price(that’s what my provider told because of contract) the guy at the store managed to find me an upgrade and gave me store credit to trade in my old phone. I ended up paying a fraction of the full price. I would refer friends to them

Wireless Wave stores are awesome because they are supposed to be unbiased. Unfortunately the service at this one can leave you with a bad taste in your mouth. They do have all the phones and accessories you could want and information on the plans, but their service is a little rough. They really don’t want to sell you just the handset, which is all I wanted. I’m sure they get a commision on the plans or something, but it’s frustrating when you know what you want and they make it difficult for you. I would suggest going to a different Wireless Wave or Best Buy/Future Shop if you had the choice. This was based on 4 buying experiences there. I guess it depends on who you get there. One time I went and I had this girl with funky hair helping me… She was super helpful, and talked me out of buying a bad phone, but that was a few years ago and I haven’t experienced that with anyone else there.
