Every time I stop in to pick up wine, the staff are so friendly, welcoming and quick to offer a sample. They have amazing customer service and it’s so convenient to pick up a bottle after grocery shopping.

A very friendly little shop with fairly knowledgeable staff about what kinds of wines go with certain foods or how to cook with it. Often times there’s free sampling out front as well. They also have refrigerated favourites. Just not crazy about the staff member who ran out to tell me they didn’t like people taking photos of their establishment. Company policy he said. Yeah, whatever. Hence, no pic from this boy.

This place has one BIG thing going for it. Convenience!
I love picking up my groceries at the Loblaws and the popping into the Wine Rack for a bottle on my way out.
So the store is just a little tiny hole in the wall, but they have something that you’ll like. They won’t have everything under the sun, as the Wine Rack chain does stick to Canadian wines. But they also carry some Canadian-​International blends. I tried some South African-​Canadian CabSauv Merlot that was really nice!
They had a taste test the other day for some new chard. Nice touch!
