Established in 2015.
This restaurant is brought to you by Chef Bryan (of the Culinary Bacchanalist association) and Front of House manager Whitney Knowles. It is a restaurant dedicated to featuring Caribbean cuisine with culinary influences from across the globe. The atmosphere is casual, relaxed and friendly with great service and wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Bryan has been cooking for over a dozen years across North America. In that time, he has developed a wide range of culinary interests, and a diverse palette. Windup is an ode to those culinary interests that features Caribbean cuisine.
