This primarily is my store for supplements. Switched over from Smiths a couple of months ago as the service is far better here. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable plus for a smaller store they have quite the wide variety of selection to boot. Get on their email and points program and you’ll receive special invites and personalized deals on products.

This is a competitive segment of the health industry and customer service is key to survival. Vitapath has fair prices and good sales, mostly knowledgeable staff but lacking in customer service.
I recently had a negative experience with a product order and miscommunication. The staff and store did nothing to rectify the matter and failed on winning back my loyalty as a customer. I will return to ordering my products online for competitive prices and ease of shopping because I never need to leave the house to get my supplements.
