Viaguard Accu-Metrics

This company is deeply troublingly and are practicing unprofessionally on several levels.
After ordering DNA tests amongst several family members the results came back. After analysis of the paperwork and the explanations Viaguard provided to us we ordered the exact same tests as back-​up.
What we started to discover was gross inconsistencies and explanations of the «data» this company offered. The further we dug into the contradictions the worse it got and several times exactly same tests result’s meanings were described in completely different ways with different outcomes of possibilities.
We followed up with telephone conversations and were promised Viaguard would clear up the mess but the company never pursued their blatant data discrepancies as well as document irregularities and they eventually stopped responding to all our communications.
additionally, 6 of our family members had done the 2^nd back-​up cheek swab tests at the Viaguard offices itself, and we have photos of the company’s Director of Operations administering oral swab tests in the mouths of all participants without the use of medical gloves or protective wear of any kind to prevent the spread of germs or otherwise.
We have submitted to complaints to the Better Business Bureau
ISO and are logging a complain with evidence to the Ontario Ministry of Health.

complete fraud… took my money and never sent me test results. I called several times to get results and they just started hanging up on me… I reported them to the better business bureau. Terrible that people set up fake businesses online.

I went to take a polygraph test here. The results were perfectly accurate. I would highly recommend this company in the future.
