This library is a small, average library. Workspaces don’t offer much privacy, but they are often free. Wifi access is good. The library is fairly quiet.
I would prefer another library and will not work here in future!

This review is in some ways a rebuttal of the previous negative review.
Libraries are not generally judged by how the décor looks, but rather on the quality of their books. It’s a quintessential example of don’t judge a book by its cover.
As far as content, the U of T Math library is exceedingly good. The works space is not good, but that’s what coffee shops are for ;-)
