History

Established in 2003.

Adam Thorn is the founder of TUCU, as well as the lead IT Consultant here. After working with big corporations like Nortel, HP, and CIBC, Adam founded TUCU in 2003.

We believe that busy professionals and small business owners need and deserve the same level of access to expert IT services enjoyed by big budget corporations. So we set out to provide attentive, responsive tech support to business owners who don’t have an in house IT person or department.

Over the years, the cost benefits of outsourcing tech support to a local expert has grown as a trend, and so have we.

We act as tech mates — your partners who worry about all things technical for you. We’re friendly and hands on. This is tech support with a boutique feel and direct access to your technicians.

We reject some industry practices such as timing our technicians on their calls. We prefer to just focus on you — your problem, and the time it takes to solve it. Tell us your problem and we can start working on solutions.
