Specialties
The Student Tutoring Network (TSTN) provides private, one-on-one tutoring for a wide variety of subjects. We tutor people of all ages and all levels.
History
Established in 2006.
The Student Tutoring Network, or TSTN, was founded in 2006 by former University of Toronto student Jason Shvili. The organization has two main objectives: first, to provide clients with exceptional tutoring services, and second, to enable qualified senior undergraduates, graduate students, recent graduates, and Ph.D. candidates to earn extra money towards their studies.
TSTN began as a small group of about a dozen tutors offering one-on-one tutoring services at the University of Toronto’s St. George campus. The Network slowly expanded its reach into Toronto’s other university campuses and to non-university students, such as those in elementary and high school.
Today, TSTN is comprised of well over one hundred tutors based throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We’ve vastly expanded our services to include not just one-on-one tutoring, but also tutoring in small groups, online tutoring and tutoring by phone.
