Established in 2006.
Trevor Wilkinson has more than 20 years in the business as a chef and this is his first operation of his own. His passion for all things delicious has transformed into this exciting restaurant with a unique dining experience.

Business Owner
Fresh out of university, Trevor found his true love … food. He went on thru his career to become one of the Chef’s at Jump in its early years, the Sous Chef under Marc Thuet & David Lee at Centro and then the Executive chef at Lobby to name a but a few places. He always stayed true to the craft and worked in places where he could learn & perfect his skills until eventually finding his own home at 38 Wellington Street East — Trevor Kitchen and Bar.
