I just purchased a new upgraded vehicle through Trend Financial as our family has just gotten bigger with our new baby boy. Needing more space and convenience was our biggest concern as well as affordability. I did just want to say that Trend Financial aside from doing there job did a great job in really personalizing the experience and really going out of there way for me. Things like a quick call or text after hours our giving there personal real world experiences with certain things was a very nice touch. Just wanted to make a note of that. Great job.

I recently had my Jeep TJ financed through TREND — Everything went well for a while, and they were helpful. My life changed, I needed to make changes to my account. LOOK OUT! Here comes all the hidden fees! I wanted to change from one bank account to another and they had the audacity to charge me almost $ 30.00! Fees for this, Fees for that… Hidden arbitrary fees for everything. Most businesses would quickly go under if they pulled this nonsense with their customers.
