Tory Burch

I have mixed reviews about this place. The sales staff seems very unorganized. I called their store to check the inventory on a specific bag to which one sale staff said they’re sold out completely and will call me back when it’s in stock. I called back again later and spoke with someone else and they said they had that back in stock so I asked her to hold it for me. She said she would hold the bag for 48hrs.
I go to the store within 36 hours and the sales associate told me they took the item off hold the day I called in –_​– luckily she and another sales manager was really helpful and helped me identify the bag and even showed us how to wear it. When they offered to wrap it up for us, a different sales lady handed us our purchase without even saying thank you and walked away… But as we left the sales manager thanked us for our purchase and hoped our recipient will like it.
So as you can see, our experience was mixed.

Great service! Michael is the SA that helped me pick out several things. Not long after I received a hand written card from him. PLUS — on your birthday month, they send you $ 50 gift card! Now that is customer appreciation!!!
Will always be a Tory Burch fan as long as this exceptional level of service keeps up. Love the careful packaging and bags/​boxes used for your purchases.

I would give this zero stars if I could.
I took a purse in that I bought at Holt’s to get some repairs (strap started ripping near the hardware after only 4 months) and they’ve now had it for over 3 months. I have gone back 3 times and each time the damaged part of the purse hadn’t been touched — each time NOTHING had been done to the purse to fix it.
The staff here are clueless about how their repair guy works or why he isn’t addressing the issue. Also worth noting that each time the male staff member has called me to tell me the purse is in, he is unprofessional on the phone — never indicating where he’s calling from or leaving any sort of contact information in his VMs. In the past 2 weeks I have called the store twice to ask if/​when my purse will be in and he says he’ll call me back and then I don’t hear from him.
Absolutely livid at the lack of customer service from a luxury goods store. The purse I purchased cost over $ 600 and I would expect better quality and service. I will never buy another Tory Burch item ever again because of this experience.

I love Tory Burch and the shopping experience is always lovely. The ladies here are friendly and helpful, never pushy or annoying. When I’m ready to make my purchase, I’m always offered a drink while waiting for everything to be brought out to me. If you’re looking for Tory Burch, it is much better to come here rather than Holt Renfrew. You’ll walk out feeling pleased with both your purchase and the level of customer service
