I have lived in the Torontonian for the past year and have nothing but good things to say. This iconic apartment building has been here since the early 60’s and is well maintained inside and out a day to day basis. The grounds are lovely, the amenities (pool, gym, sauna, guest suite, media room, laundry room) are always clean and in excellent repair. The Office staff, Concierge staff and Maintenance staff are very helpful and any of your needs taken care of in a timely fashion. The convenience store in the lower level is so handy and also offers excellent alteration services and dry cleaning. The new installation of Parcel Pending boxes and on line rent payments are great for busy lives. The Property also has an annual Summer Party, Halloween Party and Christmas party for the tenants. It really is a great place to live.
