I used TORONTO BEST LIMO for my wedding and had a TERRIBLE experience. When I called to explain all the ways they did not provide the limo service we agreed to they just said ‘no refunds’ and ‘we’ll take your feedback into consideration’.
Here are the ways they did not live up to the contract:
— We booked their services for 5 hours and provided an itinerary for the day. For some reason the driver decided to leave us after 4 hours even though we still had not reached the end destination. As a result we were late arriving at our wedding reception.
— This was a wedding package that claims to have a just married sign, red carpet service, water bottles and 2 bottles of champagne. In reality they had no sign, no red carpet, some of the water bottles were already opened before arrival, and only 1 bottle of champagne was provided.
— There was no AC in the vehicle. The wedding was in July, maybe provide a vehicle that has some AC. The owner claims that the limo only felt hot because there were a lot of people in the limo. We had 8 people in a 14 – 16 person limo so that can’t be the case.
— The limo showed up looking like it hadn’t been washed in months.
I found the service from the driver and owner to be sub par and a big waste of money. Overall very disappointing experience and I would NOT recommend TORONTO BEST LIMO to anyone.
