Top Notch Services is family-​owned and operated and has been in business for over 11 years. Over the years, our business has grown tremendously due to our satisfied clients and their many referrals. We are dedicated to serving our customer’s needs, and our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

Over 11 years ago, David & John Cotterell started Top Notch Services — it began with a broom, 21″ lawn mower and a electric weed whacker. Because of their attention to detail and extensive background in landscape maintenance, the company grew by 83.3% in the first year. David and John knew what made a clients happy and satifisfied that need instantly. Sadly, a few years ago John Cotterell died from leukemia cancer. In light of our loss, our company now takes a portion of every payment received and donates it to Cancer Research.

We continue to grow every year and all the staff continues to take lawn service industry courses (4) months out of every year.
