I don’t know what Sun wanted to be when she was a little girl, but she runs a tight ship at the Timothy’s across the street from my office. She can come off as a bit stern at first but once you’re a regular, as I am, she’s really friendly. At this point I don’t even have to order my morning (and sometimes afternoon) chai tea. I walk up and she’s already pouring. They have a good selection of snacks and treats, my favourite being the Toblerone shortbread cookies.
Solid, clean coffee spot.
