Timothy’s

We were at this location at Sherway Gardens last night (Dec 28^th). My daughter bought a bottle of water and realized she needed a straw (and one for her brother).
I went to the counter and asked a lady for two straws, and she looked like we were bothering her. She stared at us and then said rudely «did you buy anything here». (no, I go around to restaurants collecting straws, with the hopes of bankrupting them).
Seriously, how cheap can you be??! I said «yes, we ordered a water» and she stared again, and reluctantly gave us one. I politely asked for two and she stared again!
I commented «are you seriously going to give me a hard time about this? it’s two straws??»
Anyway, if you like customer service, do not go to this location as there are many other places to get coffee.
I will not be going back to this place and will encourage my friends and family to avoid this location.
I hope the owner is reading this and should pick up a book on customer service, read it and then apply the principles. If your budget is so tight that a 2 cent straw is going to break your financials, you need to change occupations.

The shop is opposite to Kernels Popcorn. Timothy’s is not my choice of coffee as I prefer starbucks, but their office is the only coffee which keeps me awake when need. The coffee is quite strong, which is good for hardcore drinkers, if you love tims then I would think this would be too too strong.
The snacks collection was pretty good at this location, plus they had a good size seating area to take a break in Sherway Gardens and sip up the coffee.
