This isn’t a horrible Time. .but not a great one by far. I work across the street from it and we all order the same thing every day for years now and there is always at least one thing wrong a day and we have to go back though it is very clean and the staff is nice but sometimes seems like you are playing a game of broken telephone.

I will say this, CHECK your MILK! If you are ordering a milk or a chocolate milk make sure it is not expired. As for the location its a great location very new and modern. I don’t usually go to tim hortons but overall this is a pleasant location to go to and you don’t get sketchy hood rats like the Kingston Rd and Markham Rd location!

They can never seem to get large orders right, always seem to be missing something, or something isn’t made the way we asked it to be. Also have had a few people be very rude. The one time that really angered me was a late night visit at 1am or so. The lady was obviously in a bad mood and took it out on my friends and I. Not only was she rude to us but I could hear her talking down to another employee, very unprofessional.
