Threshold Aviation

History

Established in 1995.

Threshold Aviation first opened its doors in October, 1995, at the north end of Toronto Pearson International Airport, in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. We began with the goal to serve the aviation community in the greater Toronto area. Catering to both the professionals in the aviation industry, and the people with a passion and enthusiasm for aviation in general. In 2006 Threshold Aviation partnered up with Horizon Aviation to offer the first airliner simulator available to the general public! Horizon Aviation merged with Threshold Aviation in 2012. Later that year Threshold Aviation moved to our new current location on Carlingview Drive, in Toronto.

Business Owner

Mickey became an owner at Threshold Aviation in October of 1996. Exactly one year after opening for business. Mickey has been working in the airline industry since 1990, and has a vast knowledge of aviation, and the airline industry in Canada. Aviation is not only Mickey’s profession, it is his hobby, and passion. An avid fan of flight simulation, and aircraft spotting as well, Mickey always enjoys a good conversation with customers about the latest news and events happening in the field of airlines and aviation!
