TheWorkoutLoft consists of personal training, registered massage therapy, and small group fitness. Personal training and small group fitness is overseen by owner and lead trainer Paul Namm. We provide unique training programs and nutrition advice that is tailored to your individual needs to maximize results. Training programs can be designed for weight loss, muscle mass gain, improving your general health, and injury recovery. Group classes consists of boot camp and pilates classes. Boot camp training consists of full body workouts to achieve greater results in functional fitness. If you need to strengthen your core (ab) muscles and stretch out your body come join a pilates class.

History
Established in 2005.
Starting in 2005 and in 2010 it was taken over by the new owner Paul. Only after 3 years in business the studio achieved top 3 training studio in all of East York in 2013! The award shows the success level of this training studio.

Business Owner
Paul Namm has been in the fitness industry for over 18 years. He started bodybuilding at the age of 18 and became the Junior Mackenzie Bodybuilding Champion at 19. He has since then competed in over 25 bodybuilding, fitness, and martial arts competitions. He has trained in Olympic style boxing, Brazilian jui-jitsu, muay thai, wrestling, and holds a red belt in tae kwon do.
