Service was very good. They really helped me through the shipping process, which was especially good for someone like me who doesn’t ship many package. The staff is also very friendly and sociable. I’ll definitely be coming back for future shipments

Beware! This UPS store overcharges! I had called UPS earlier for a price quote($ 90 – 95 give and take) and when I went to the store, the man gave me a quote that was double the original phone quote. The man was really liberal in his measurement of my parcel(way overestimating the dimensions of the item). I had to reason with him about his measuring methods and he remeasured and readjusted the price quote. 1st quote: ‘it is going to be over $ 200’ 2nd quote: ‘it is going to be about $ 150’ 3rd quote: ‘it is going to be $ 110’ Lesson: Do your research beforehand — call and get an estimate. Tape down and compress all your packages to make it as small as possible.

No wonder this place gets bad reviews. They charge $ 2 for literally 45seconds of internet usage to log in to your email and download a document for printing.

Fast, friendly, never a problem! What every UPS Store should aspire to be, expecially the Church & Maitland store.

Our business has been using the mail box at this location for many years. Maggie & Raz the owners are amazing. Both of them as well as all their staff are extremely helpful, knowledgable and they go out of their way to make everything run smoothly. They take care of everything for our business receiving department and give us a call when we receive packages. Their store is by far the best in the area for all mailing needs. For businesses, small and large, this is your place for hassle free mailing, printing and much more services. Just ask, you will certainly won’t be disappointed.

Practical UPS store located close to the corner of Bay and Charles Streets. Prior to the opening of the UPS store on Church Street, this was the closest UPS Store for me to drop off shipments and pick up shipments that could not be delivered to my home. Products and services are the same as any UPS store in the area. Good service, and never had any problems with employees and management. Note: Since May 2013, all UPS Stores in Canada are now partners with both Aeroplan and Air Miles. Those using their frequent flyer memberships can earn up to 150 miles on either program on their first purchase/transaction at any UPS Store in Canada before December 31, 2013.
