In spite of the fact that they are located in Canada, they quoted me US dollars for their rates once they learned I’m in the USA. That was strike one.
Then they stated the guarantee didn’t apply to my 5 hour consulting proposal they’d written up for me? So much for ‘No catches, no strings attached,‘
This firm would be well advised to consider revising their marketing and business practices.
