Great inventory, reasonable prices, and helpful staff. Definitely worth more patronage. Thanks!

Two sales in a row, I went in to buy headphones and they were sold out in the first few days of a two-week sale and there was no offer of a raincheck nor did they restock the sale item. That’s TWO weeks of misleading customers. You Source people have GOT to be kidding me. If you get a store flyer from the Source don’t bother going; they wont have your item. Then when you decide to settle for the next best item, they wont have THAT. I’ve concluded that this Source stinks because in two visits I’ve asked the same question about the warranties and they didn’t give me any kind of information on the warranty. They didn’t compare this amazing sales guy from three years ago who sold me the warranty on a pair of earbuds. He put these 2014 Source boys to shame! They really stink, go in and ask them about ANYTHING then prepare to be amazed(and disappointed). I think their training was heavily focused on the greeting, cuz they don’t know much else. Oh, and the guy at the cash register had suspicious shifty eyes so I didn’t trust enough to give him with MY postal code. 2 stars.

Won’t give you the space needed to look around the item properly. The employees will stalk you as if you are a suspected thief of some sort. In addition, they are quite expensive compared to others.

The Source in Dufferin Mall is pretty big, which is a little surprising. Most of the the old Radio Shacks(before the buyout/name change), were small stores. So the selection here is better than the average, and can compete with some of the bigger electronics stores – especially over the sorts of miscellaneous electronics that the Source does better anyway. But that doesn’t make this a hotbed of activity. I was here recently window shopping for TVs with a friend, and while there were nearly as many on display as you’d find at Future Shop, about half of them were turned off. There’s more to a good TV than deep blacks, folks.
