The Property Collective Limited provides property management services for residential properties in Toronto, North York and the GTA. We service condo units, houses, townhouses, and multiresidential properties (duplexes, triplexes, and up).

We have over 25 years of experience in rental property management and we have received many testimonials and referrals from past and present clients who have been very happy with our service.

We are fluent in residential property management that provides our clients with peace of mind. We handle all aspects of rental management including rent collection, pursuing rental arrears, dealing with tenant maintenance issues, smoke alarm testing, bill payments, tenant credit, employment and reference screening, and tenant eviction services to ensure that bad tenants are dealt with promptly and cost-​effectively. We also provide monthly and yearend financial reporting, which simplifies your annual tax filings.
