As with previous reviewers I wish there was a zero star review. The employees of this place are very courteous and kind but unfortunately I should have read the reviews before I went. I took a $ 500 down duvet to get dry cleaned here about 6 months ago now and they washed it. Its now completely ruined. I have taken this to several different places before even took it here once before with no issues. I was told that the managers name is Riz whom has absolutely no idea what customer service is. I have left several messages on his personal phone and I am yet to receive any call back from him. Looks like this place has had problems since it opened. He’s just a greedy greedy man who doesn’t the first thing about business. Take your items to someone whom is deserving of your business.

If I could give 0 star I would do it. Please do not make any business with The Preeners in this location and also at 333, Bay Street in Toronto, ON. Damaged HotKiss faux fur jacket and missing Calvin Klein black pants: I have been several times(and left several voice messages to the owner) in «The Preeners» dry cleaner in order to get a compensation/refund for the damaged and lost items. This dry cleaner has damaged my «HotKiss“faux fur jacket(price paid $ 250) which has shrunk, and the silk lining under the fur now is paper like. I have previously send the same exact jacket to other dry cleaners, and I have never had any issues, and the label inside the jacket actually says«Dry Clean». Also, there is a Calvin Klein black pants missing(price paid $ 80). I have contacted the owner who is called by the name of «RIZ» and I have never ever received any feedback from this person regarding these items. This is actually a STEALING case. I have already filed a police report(T15006692).

Worst dry cleaners ever! Their horrible service made me sign up for Unilocal just so that I could warn others not to go here. I left my white blouse there on Monday with a tiny oil stain on the front that they said they’ll clean no problem. I came to pick it up the same week, was in a rush so I trusted the tiny stain was gone and didn’t check right away at the cleaners. While walking back home decided to check it after all and saw that not only was the tiny stain still there(very evident on a thin white blouse) but there were new black large streaks all over the back and front of the shirt as well as dark hairs, as if my white blouse was dragged on a dirty floor. Their service is not cheap, and I trusted them w an expensive shirt that I didn’t want to bother with BC I was scared to ruin it myself. I should have taken that chance though as I’m sure if I tried I’d do a better job than they did. Save your clothes, your money and time. Don’t go here.

Although this company did make some mistakes they agreed to reimburse me now and it looks like it will occur in a timely fashion. I will update this and change the stars once this issue is resolved.

Not a trustworthy drycleaner. Ruined two Italian leather jackets, dragged out the debate over reimbursement to over a year, at the end refused to reimburse me anything and went radio-silent. My advice is to find another reputable drycleaner that will stand behind the work that they do.
