I started this journey 8 years ago studying at the GaGa (Gastronomic Gallery) in Venezuela where I obtain a certificate on French Pastry (2007) and I started to work in different restaurants in Caracas as a pastry cook, baker and with the time and experience in other places as a Pastry chef.​

Because a certificate wasn’t enough for me, I took a professional program at the CVCG where i got my diploma on International Culinary Arts in 2010. That one gave me more knowledge about the industry and i decide to open a small catering company based at home, where I had the chance to bake specialties and make cakes for different occasions. With the past of the years i was taking more classes and learning more techniques to improve my work and open a new bakery in the country that will became my new home, Canada. Here, I had the chance to work in different places where I learned more about the culture, preferences and taste of the people when their ordering pastries or cakes.
