The Ecig Flavourium

This is the place that changed me over to vaping. Maria, Dave, and now Andrew are a great set of people. When I was starting, they were cool to explain all the ins and outs of vaping. Later, when I wanted to check out what RDAs and mods had to offer, these guys set me up with my first build!
Ecig Flavorium is one of the early shops that started the scene. Their lounge setup has an awesome design and well lit, cool for hanging during the day.
Equipment-​wise, they’ve got a wide selection of clones and authentics across the board, always updating their stock to keep up with what’s new.
Juice selection is huge, meeting all needs from the starter (various tobacco flavors), budget, and high-​end liquids. If you’re looking for a friendly, inviting place to start looking into vaping, Ecig Flavorium would be a top choice to visit.
I’ve found the team to be trusted, reliable, and definitely knowing their stuff. They’re fans and hobbyists as well as in the business, and it’s easy to see that they love vaping.

I believe they have a new location, closer to Yonge St.
Anyhow, either time I have been in there, they have been welcoming, conversational, cheerful, and ready to help based on general knowledge of tastes. It’s the white and orange shop on the NW corner of the intersection. Well recommended, plus great variety.

Love these guys — always happy helpful service — great juices and hardware — and the new location at 115 Queen st east is really spiffy — I spent an hour trying new flavours and went home with some tasty 416 and a new ego one mega — now I’m a real happy vapor!!! Vape on!

The young dude with the tats was amazing. Asked all the right questions to direct me to the best vaporizer and, put up with my indecisiveness on flavours. Definitely go here to grab a vape of you’re considering one.

Went back to exchange a juice that was clearly over nic’d. One guy tried the juice and said agreed it was over nic’d and the higher up disagreed as if ¾ of us were crazy. Took the guy there about 45 minutes to an hour to call the boss to ask if he could exchange the juice for something else. I found him to be condescending and taking his sweet time to help us out chatting with his coworker and cleaning out his dripper. I won’t ever return — pretty disappointing.

My wife and I just went to the shop today and the two gents who served us are awesome! We are just beginning our vape journey and they walked us through all of the different products and juices. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in vaping to go and see them, beginner or advanced! Thank you very much for the great service, we will be back soon :) Dan B

After an unsuccessful day of Vape shopping, I decided to make the trek to the beaches to try out this magical flavorium (with visions of «Charlie & the Chocolate factory-​like» e-​juice fountains floating in my head…). Unfortunately, the traffic made it an impossible feat to reach the store before closing time. Dave, aware that I was on my way went above & beyond the «call of duty» and opened the store to me 40 minutes past closing time to allow me a comfortable atmosphere to sample all the goodies that I had read and heard about online (e.g. suicide bunny, steam factory, gold seal, cosmic fog, & another organic line). Dave still let me use the Unilocal check-​in offer to grab a free gold seal juice along with my new device — the «Itaste clk! «in sexy baby pink. Thanks to Maria for carrying the vape sticks in such elegant colours — woo hoo! Overall I was beyond pleased with my flavorium experience, thanks to Dave’s outstanding love for his clientèle and dedication to the business. Will definitely be visiting again to try out the vape lounge and locally-​made cupcakes.

If your planning on kicking the habit, go here first. Very helpful staff and a large amount of flavours to get you off the tabacy.

I had originally bought my e cigarette at another store and had nothing but trouble. Then I found this place and I haven’t had a problem since. The store is nice, everyone I’ve dealt with is super friendly, the price was cheaper and there was a better selection than the other place I’d been. And to top it off I brought a friend with me who wanted to get into it and I got a discount on my next purchase.
And most importantly I haven’t had a cigarette in 3 months.

What a pleasant change from the usual e-​cig shops around downtown and midtown which feel like fly-​by-​night operations, run by unknowledgable and grumpy staff.
Ecig Flavourium is bright and cheerful. They have a huge stock of hardware and flavours. I started with so beginner hardware with them and now use a giant 2000maH battery that can recharge my cell phone and has a built-​in flashlight! You can taste test any of their 100+ flavours.
Maria, Dave and Layla are always so friendly and greet you by name. They are knowledgeable about their products because they have used them all. You are welcome to hang out on the couches in their lounge and have a coffee and cupcakes while vaping and watching TV.
I live downtown and it’s a 25 km round trip for me on my bicycle. I have been there 4 times this summer and I will not shop anywhere else.

I’ve been a customer of the Flavourium since mid-​December ’13 and have nothing but great things to say about the entire team.
They have a large selection of hardware if/​when you’re ready to move up from the starter-​kit (I’ve been using my first starter kit batterie (s) for 8.5-months until I broke them), and a ton of honest knowledge and direction. I’ve never had an issue with anything I’ve purchased and their support is second to none.
They’ve recently brought in a few new brands of juice which gives you a ton of options to try out. Leave yourself some time to sample a good number of them and chat if you’re new to vaping… you won’t be sorry!

Watch out! Vaping is going to get HUGE! There are plenty of Vape shops in Toronto, they all sell similar hardware with comparable price. This store pretty much has what other shops have. BUT what this place has that other Vape shops don’t is the Customer Service (especially their After-​Sale Support), the Super Chill environment and the Vape Lounge!
My husband and I are very new to Vaping. We went in had absolutely no clue what to expect. Maria was very patient and friendly. We pretty much tried at least 20 flavors at this place. More importantly, they didn’t make us feel stupid.
We ended up buying a pair of EVOD. It’s only $ 70 for a pair so we really didn’t expect much because they are pretty cheap. Mine works fine for a little while, my husband’s started leaking after a few days and mine finally started to leak after a month or so.
I called Maria, immediately she sent me the replacement tanks. One of them started to leak again, so she sent me 2 higher end replacements that would cost a lot more. Now we are happily Vaping ever after!
I really would understand it’s a product defect from the manufacturer so I won’t blame the shop. But KUDOS to Maria’s after sale support and taking ownership in replacing and upgrading our hardware. This is the difference between E-​cig Flavorium and other Vape Shops inToronto.
People keep dissing the Canadian E-​Juice, they kept ranting and raving about the E-​Juice from US. I visited California 2 weeks ago, visited LA, San Diego, Sacramento and San Francisco. Vaping is huge there, you can see Vape Lounges/​Bar everywhere. I bought a few E-​Juices there from
Luxe and Halo. No BIG deal, the Gold Seal Maria sells are just as good!
I heard they are going to bring in some E-​Juices from US, maybe I’ll give them another try.

I’ve recently decided to start vaping but had no idea where to start. Maria was very helpful with showing me how to use my new Ecig and suggesting a bunch of flavours which I was able to test prior to deciding which ones I was going to buy. It was nice to see her enthusiasm and willingness to help me out and share her knowledge. This will definitely be my go to spot!

This is exactly what Toronto needed. A fantastic vapor shop, with good quality e-​juice & a knowledgeable staff.
I’ve been vaping for a bit over a year. I started with disposable vapes that you could pick up at the corner store & went on to try Blu (just don’t even bother with these forms of vaping). I moved down south to Pensacola, FL, following my mister who is in the Marine Corps. Lots of people Vape on base, which is how we got introduced into the e-​juice way of vaping. I moved back to Toronto for a few months & ended up giving up on vaping. There really weren’t any good shops (This was May-​Aug 2013). The best place at the time was a vendor in Dr. Flea’s market called Sassy Joe’s. He had tech, but wasn’t that knowledgeable or helpful. You also could not try any of his e-​juices & had to order ahead of time. Plus his juices didn’t have any nicotine to them.
The past 6 months I’ve lived in San Diego. There I picked vaping back up & actually stuck to it. Largely because of all the Vapor lounges in Cali. Seriously, tasting all the flavors really makes a difference & having a staff that knows what they are talking about makes the experience a lot less daunting.
I’ve been back in Toronto for a bit under a month. I brought some e-​juices with me, but ran out of my lighter flavors. Searched Unilocal & found this gem.
I finally had a chance to pop by there shop last night. They are located in the front of a cute clothing boutique. This is just a temporary location before they move around the corner & open up a proper Vapor lounge.
You come in, and they already have all the flavors ready to be tasted. A really nice, uncomplicated approach for e-​juice sampling. The ones you like, you place in a stand to the side, which allows you to resample while contemplating which flavors you’ll end up buying. It was super smart having each flavor have their own eGo battery attached to it, instead of having to constantly switch out atomizers.
The e-​juices are much thinner than the ones I usually pick up. I actually prefer this. I usually only go for full VG (vegetable glycerin) juices, which provide a good cloud while vaping. Downside is that they can really gunk up your atomizer. E-​Cig provides liquids that are a ³⁰⁄₇₀ mix of VG & PG (Propylene Glycol) which still make great clouds, but don’t leave a ruddy mess for me to clean up after a few hours of vaping. Another bonus to these juices is that they actually can include nicotine. I never understood why most Canadian e-​juices never include nicotine. Most people that are vaping are transitioning from smoking actual cigarettes. E-​cig has juices in FIVE levels of nicotine. 24mg, 18mg, 12mg, 6mg & 0mg. So rad. I personally go for 12mg, since the higher the nicotine, the dryer my throat feels. But it’s wonderful that they carry a variety.
Best thing of all, their juices are really cheap. If you pick up 3, it’s 39.99. They only carry 30mL bottles, but at this price, I do not mind at all. That’s about 13 bucks a bottle. I’ve paid 12 USD for a 10mL bottle of lesser quality. Really a great deal.
They also have a decent amount of hardware for vaping. If you are starting out, I do suggest getting their starter eGo kits & they are priced well. Toronto is still new to the vaping scene, so they don’t carry a huge range of atomizers, but the ones they do are of a good quality. I currently use a iClear 30 Dual Coil Clearomizer & a RDA Dual Coil Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer for my stronger e-​juices (that would crack plastic atomizers). They did not have replacement wick’s for these models, She apologized, but they are just starting out. Toronto doesn’t have a demand for such a range of variety yet.
They DO carry some awesome tank atomizers though. I splurged & picked up a Dual Coil AeroTank (By splurged, I mean spent 30 bucks on this AWESOME atomizer, so totally worth it). It’s a glass tank, which allows you to vape those stronger juices which would crack plastic tanks (think cinnamon, root beer, cola). Those stronger flavors are usually my favorites, but it gets mildly annoying having to constantly refilling a drip-​tip atomizer while vaping. Having a glass tank let’s me vape away for hours without having to carry around the e-​juice in my purse. The atomizer also has a ring that allows you to control the airflow into the tank. Never had heard of tanks that did this. It’s fun to play around with while vaping. The tank also came with a replacement wick. It’s my new favorite atomizer for sure.
The staff will show you all the parts, and how to use them before you buy them. Such amazing customer service. I cannot wait to watch this place grow. It really is the leader in bringing Vaping to Toronto. I’m planning on stopping by one more time before I leave for San Diego to pick up some more e-​juices for myself & to send to my mister who is deployed. I know he’ll enjoy this treat in his next care package.

I went in here last Friday just as it was opening for the day. I was excited when I found it as I had only ever been to Vapour Lounges while in L.A. This is just a temporary location to test out the market I guess, but they are moving steps away within a week or two, one of the owners named Dave told me. He’s got a fairly good selection of e-​juice and by far the cheapest in Toronto if you buy 3 — 30ml bottles. I have been fairly happy with the quality of the juice so far. Dave was knowledgeable, and had great customer service skills. This will be my new go-​to place for my e-​juice, and if he starts carrying more hardware, I will likely buy there too instead of purchasing online.

These two know what they are doing. Superduper friendly and helpful, committed to transitioning habitual and chronic smokers to e-​cigs. They sell vapes and juices (⁷⁰⁄₃₀ pv) that are produced in Canada at reasonable prices, and their ‘tasting bar’ is a great idea (don’t worry you get yer own disposable mouthpiece so its all hygienic) which allows you to sample out of the fifty some flavours they have. The mint is boss — tastes just like a menthol.
Prices are alright — there’s tons of juice variety and more economical ‘deals’ to be had online for those willing to look, but meet and greet these guys and you’ll want to give them your business — the customer service angle and genuine enthusiasm these guys give off is infectious and makes me want to support their growth.
