TAG’s founder Joe Stoll has been an independent technical support consultant since 1999. During his years as a consultant, Joe discovered a need for reliable and competent technical support for SMB’s that heavily rely on technology to conduct their day to day operations, but were frustrated with either the unreliability of their technical infrastructure or lack of understanding of their business requirements by their support provider.
After identifying the growing need in the SMB-sized business sector for competent technical support, Joseph launched The Technical Action Group Inc. («TAG») in 2003.
TAG provides network and infrastructure support to those SMB’s that rely on technology to conduct their business and business-focused solutions tailored to each client’s unique requirements helping them to:
