First, let me say that I bank with TD Canada Trust. Normally I use the branch in Bloor West Village, where I consistently receive really good service.
I happened in here once because it was close to where I was going. The service started rude and ended that way. When I asked for three coin wrappers (which I have had no problem ever getting at other branches), I was rudely told that they didn’t provide «that kind or service» there. Well, I wasn’t asking for a massage or a cocktail while I waited, but when I (very politely) questioned the «no coin wrappers» rule, you would’ve thought I had pulled a gun.
Make it easier on the few nice employees who may work here by staying away from this branch.
