I can’t believe I am writing a review for a bank but the customer service which I received from one of their tellers was so superb that I had to leave a review.
The teller, who is aptly named Champagne, made my day. On her own initiative, she told me that she could upgrade my account for free which would save me money on numerous services which I currently use. She was friendly and very professional and I was very impressed with her enthusiasm and passion for her job. She is a huge asset to this bank. I was impressed enough to call her manager to praise her.
