Monday afternoon at work and I’m craving some spicy salmon rolls. So I decide to head over to Sushi-Q for a quick fix. When I get there I’m disappointed to find that they have no more left. The lady there tries to sell me Spicy Tuna and Crab but that wouldn’t satisfy my craving one bit. So she tells me she’ll make me a fresh one! Boy was I ever happy, not to mention she doubled the potions of salmon. My craving was satisfied… till next time.

If you are craving sushi at lunch time, Sushi Q, at various intervals on the P.A.T.H, is delicious and fast. Their rice is perfectly gooey, the bites are the right size, and the salmon is always fresh. Plus, the couple at this particular one are always friendly, and I think they might be giving me free miso since I am a regular. The ITO-EN canned green tea is the perfect balance for that salty miso! For the health conscious, there is a good selection of brown rice maki. The chef there will also make you whatever you want. The drawback is that there’s no dedicated table. This is a good option if you are running out to grab food for a small lunch meeting. Also, their sushi tends to go on sale(30% off) after 4PM. I know it sounds antithetical, but it has always tasted perfectly fresh. By all means, please do not be tempted by Akco lounge down the path just because they have tables. Akco is a nasty experience.
