This is definitely one of the most original parlours in the city. Where else can you get a tattoo right before one of your side show classes? Precisely, kids. I’ve only seen Danny, and that was at another studio, but that doesn’t mean his artistic abilities have weakened in the move from Way Cool Downtown to Sunnyside. But I prefer this atmosphere. I haven’t been there since it opened, so I can’t say for sure what it even looks like anymore. They were amidst decorating when I was there last, but it just seemed homier. A wide open space in the back for the three tattoo artists. It’s not as busy as Way Cool or any other more popular parlours so you don’t have a dozen randoms coming in to see what you’re getting done. But to be fair, the whole side-show portion of the studio hadn’t kicked in yet, so be warned, you might be getting into something tricky-tricky & oh so fun. Check out their facebook group for any and all information, their website isn’t up yet and this is the best place to find out everything you need to know: PS — From their latest email: «To show you all how much we really appreciate you we will be having a client appreciation day. That same day we will have the amazing girls from Starlight Burlesque handing out cotton candy and sideshow performances out front. Now for the clients we will have hot dogs and soda, free for you guys. Plus if you come on down and make an appointment on that day, but not necessarily for that day, could be a month down the road or a week away, you will receive 15% off your next tattoo(offer only good for anything 100 dollars and over)» What are you waiting for?
