Ordered furniture for my girlfriends new apartment. The couch was great and reasonably priced. Delivery company was great! They came after 6pm as I requested and were extremely professional. You have a customer for life Structube.

I can’t speak specifically to this location, but I would strongly advise anyone against purchasing anything through the
website.
I ordered a bed and mattress and finally managed to arrange a delivery time within their very limited options only to only receive the mattress; no bed.
Then I had to repeatedly call and email to ‘re-​schedule’ my delivery. No apology, no discount, no answers. So I guess I should enjoy sleeping on the mattress on the floor for another week or so until I finally (maybe) get what I ordered and paid for?
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.

I had a great experience purchasing a couch here. The quality here is decent, but keep in mind this is not ultra-​expensive high end furniture. However, there are stores that sell similar pieces at a much higher price. We put a deposit on a couch ($ 500), which allowed them to hold it for a long period of time. We ended up only picking up the couch in a few months. The delivery guys were nice. Technically, they are not supposed to help us move our own couches, but we asked them nicely/​convincingly, and they did. We are happy with the couches. They still look and feel brand new. The sales associate that was originally helping us was very nice, but he was no longer there when we paid for the remaining balance and finally shipped the couches. The remaining sales staff were not as pleasant.

Nice furniture, but don’t buy anything from these people unless you can walk out of the store carrying it. They are utterly incapable of making a delivery, because they are at the mercy of a third party delivery service, who doesn’t give a rat’s ass about Structube’s customers. Apparently, neither does Structube. After two weeks of trying repeatedly, without success, to take possession of my $ 2500 worth of furniture; and after speaking not only to the sales person who lied to my face, but also to the store manager and the regional manager, I finally had to call my own guy with a truck and pick it up myself. I manage a dozen properties and buy furniture all the time, and I will never set foot in a Structube store again. I’ve never in all my years dealt with such incompetence, and such lack of caring for the customer.
