We create many of our own jewellery components as part of our enormous selection of unique sterling silver findings and chains, as well as the large collection of colours and shapes of freshwater pearls, semi-​precious stones, and crystals that we offer. From the depth of our colour palette to our large portfolio of shapes and sizes — our strength is in our diverse selection of pearls, crystals, and of course, stones and findings!

History

Established in 2006.

Stones and Findings is a jewelry artisan studio with a unique twist. Its business philosophy is to offer a large and distinctive selection, competitive prices, and top-​of-​the-​line customer service.

One of the main hurdles facing independent accessory designers in Canada today is that it is too difficult to find unique, quality components locally. The result is that their designs are unnecessarily limited, and they have significant challenges competing with American and European markets. Fortunately, the passionate and knowledgeable group at Stones and Findings provides an avenue out of the creative quagmire, providing Canada’s aspiring and established designers with fresh resources to stimulate imagination and inspire the artistic process. As well as offering totally unique components, Stones and Findings does not compromise on quality, and is incredibly cost-​competitive.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Our founder, Dana Ho, is a former fine arts student who graduated from finance at the University of Toronto’s MBA program. She later discovered that she preferred art and fashion accessories over lucrative corporate climbing. After more than 15 years of designing and wholesaling semi-​precious stone jewellery, she began creating sterling silver components which she was unable to find and selling excess stock to other jewellery designers. Stones and Findings was born!
