Coming from an Italian immigrant family background, Robert was introduced to the property management lifestyle at an early age. Shortly after obtaining his real estate license, Robert met Bita and a «husband and wife» team was formed. While looking for «property management services,» Robert and Bita had several investors that quickly turned to them after finding that many other companies would not even return their phone calls, or lacked the knowledge and experience to handle their property management needs. In pursuit of keeping their investor clients happy, they formed Stonegate Property Management.
