This has to be the tiniest but busiest starbucks I have ever been to. Lack of tables and chairs, long wait time to order and to get your drinks sometimes. I just end up getting annoyed/​frustrated and ditching to go somewhere else. Would like to see it expand to accommodate the flow of customers. Nothing bad to say about the service only negative is the location.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience here! Staff is very friendly, interactive and quick on the job! Whether there’s a lineup or not, they’ll still deliver excellent service and ensure that you’re taken care of. Keep up the good work! :)

The staff is friendly but during rush hours, everything looks dirty. The counter have tissue paper scattered all over and it looked like it haven’t been wiped down in ages. There’s always a huge line and there’s no seating so I can’t even wait comfortably for my drink.

Very friendly staff and efficient service. Lineup can get pretty long during the weekends, but the staff try their very best to keep the line moving quickly. The only real downside to this location is the lack of seating. Wi-​fi is actually pretty strong up to the couches and benches in front of Claire’s (at least in my experience) and it’s usually easy to find a spot to sit here.

I was actually surprised at how pleaseant the folks were there. They were very on the ball so to speak as well. However I’m still not a fan of the place.
It is more like a take out service. What can you expect from a unit in a mall though? There hours are limited to when the town center is open too :(

This Starbucks Coffee is located inside Scarborough Town Centre at the lower level right next to The Bay.
This is more like a takeout location if you are walking around the Mall or you trying to grab a coffee to go before you hop on the Scarborough RT.
Only a few seatings with no WIFI. The hours are limited to when Scarborough Town is Open.
The services here though is fast and friendly. For sure a decent place to drop by for your caffeine fix!
