This is my favourite SB downtown — it’s in a bookstore!!! The staff are very friendly, quick and efficient. My chai latte was delcious — and no one said anything when I asked for whipped cream on it. THEY JUST DID IT!!! I like this location because I can have my drink, a treat, and read a good book.

Went in at 9:50pm to order three fraps. They had already closed up and sanitized their blender as they hadn’t received any frap orders in an hour. Disappointed that they made a decision to get themselves out faster instead of a guest-​based decision to wait until they are officially closed before they stopped offering their full menu of beverages.
