Charged $ 3 extra! The posted price on the wall was $ 15 for a manicure, I asked the price, and was told by the owner it was $ 15.
When I was paying, the owner I was told it owed $ 18 ($ 3 extra) because I had chosen a non-standard premium brand & colour. I was neither told this at the time when I choose the colour, nor were there signs posted where the nail polish was displayed on the wall.
The lady who gave the manicure was nice.
The owner was very pushy, she wanted to order it for me and I could pick it up.
I googled the brand & colour, Vinylux it’s $ 12.95 Cdn.
FYI: there is NO spa… it’s a skinny bed in the hallway. STAY AWAY. They have TWO negative reviews on canpages… i should have checked them out first!

Service is very lackluster. The owner kept trying to pressure me to do a polish I did not want (upselling), and I was going to give her the extra $ 10 just to make her stop. The worst part of this experience is what happened when I left. The pedicure was fine… not a ‘spa pedicure’, but the polish was done well. My hands on the other hand looked like they were chopped with little scissors along the cuticles (which they were), and the skin took weeks to heal. Not a very pleasant experience at all, and I will never return to this place, nor will I recommend it to others.
