Space Database has been providing innovative information management solutions to the commercial real estate industry since 1996.

Very early, the company developed enhanced CAD-​based applications to help commercial property managers meet key information management needs. Our products and services enabled companies to provide information for leasehold related construction to consultants in CAD format, to access accurate area calculations for leasing purposes and to distribute presentation drawings for marketing purposes.

The industry’s enthusiastic response led the firm to develop solutions for generating, maintaining, and managing drawings and statistical data. Space Database began to focus on web-​enabled software, which facilitated the management of drawings and data on a large portfolio-​wide scale.

Today, we deliver complete outsourced, portfolio-​wide, drawing and area management solutions for commercial property management, throughout North America.
