I needed to pack my degree and frame before shipping it across the country. I first went to purolater to ask how best to pack it and purchase packing materials– after receiving no help from purolater, at the recommendation of my aunt, I went to Sooters to purchase packing material. They didn’t have any for sale but he offered to pack my frames for me with the materials he had in the shop for free! Seriously, he went above and beyond to help me without receiving anything in return! Customer service like this just doesn’t exist anymore. Plus my aunt got her prints printed there and they did a beautiful job. I totally recommend!

I just popped in and out. I couldn’t really stand being in here for long. The staff were busy and I didn’t wait around for them to be free to answer the question I had.
