I brought my boots to the Kensington location to get a zipper replaced, and that was great. I recently brought some sandals in to the Dundas location. Let’s just say they had seen better days. They needed new insoles, soles, and some cork replacement (I could have just bought new sandals, but love these ones so much). They did an AMAZING job! The sandals look like new.
These women know what they are doing with shoes. The prices seem fair, and they are good about explaining the process to you. I almost wish I had more shoes in terrible condition to bring in.

I’ve had shoes repaired several times at the Kensington location and the shop on Dundas didn’t disappoint. They repaired the worn down heels on my winter boots expertly; they look better and seem more durable than when I first purchased them. Good prices as well. Highly recommended.
