Ron Ohayon founded Snowbirds Auto Connection Limited (SAC) in 1993. His vision started while he was looking for a way to get his Mother’s car from Toronto to Florida, but did not want her car to be driven. He realized that the Toronto market was lacking in reliable automobile transportation options. Ron saw a need and went forth to fill in this industry gap.

Shipped with these guys as part of a government relocation. Service was great — They had a tow truck pick my car up at my office at lunch hour. When they realized that the car was going to arrive later than expected, they offered to pay for a rental car without me even asking. Also very pleasant to deal with — they returned calls promptly and always knew where my car was. Only reason it’s 4 instead of 5 was that the move took a few days longer than expected.

These guys were great! They are a car carrier with their own trucks, not a broker. They promised Calgary to Toronto in 7 – 10 days, and it arrived in 10 days due to winter weather conditions (which was why I didn’t want to drive in the first place). They gave me a really good promotional rate too. I asked ShipMyRide if they could beat it and they said they couldn’t, even though they promise to beat any other car carrier rate by 10%. The car was a little dirty but had no damage.

So I shipped my car on 27th of Nov. and it never arrived. been 3 weeks.
guy perry was dicking me around. saying its on track… been delayed. yea rite.
They got into an accident and never told me. and they dont even give u rental, so you are screwed. very unpforessional and this chick Ashley dosn’t know what she is talking about, telling me to contact my insurance? like really? u guys fuked it up.
Now I dont know where my car is, I am trying to track it down. I am sitting in another province. If I could go back into time, I will never purchase it from them. and I paid around $ 1250 for shipping from ON to AB.
