Seasoned veteran of the catering, foodservice and restaurant industries Milton Lecker is the creative engine driving Smokin’ Bones Barbecue Catering.

Milton has been a hospitality consultant for more than thirty years. He has owned and operated Apple Annies, in the Eaton Centre, Tutto Pazzo, a crazy but cool, downtown Italian eatery and The Bottom Line, a New York style supper club as well as directing The Manor at Carrying Place, a successful conference & banquet facility, Meyers Deli, in fashionable Yorkville and Lord Stanley’s Feast, where fun and frolic were as fabulous as the fare.
