Smile White

I was very happy with the high level of customers’ service I received at Smile White as I am a strong believer that customer service is an essential part of any business. As Zachary B have mentioned, there are few people who are hard to satisfy no matter what you do to gain there satisfaction.
As for my visit to Smile White, I was happy from the minute I stepped in the establishment all the way to the minute I stepped out! Cleopatra, the young lady who started working at smile white recently, was very welcoming and hospitable. She made sure that I am comfortable all the way during the procedure, and was with me providing comfort and explaining the steps as thoroughly as possible. The professionalism, the customer service, the way I was treated, all are exceptional!
I must say that Cleopatra was great at everything she did, and I hop she continue to be as great and get greater as she continue to work at Smile White!

It was my first time getting my teeth whitened and the staff did a very good job! The ambience of the place is very welcoming with a very cute patio! It’s a 40 min session and I must say I did not get bored considering they have a television ready for their clients (I was watching two and a half men btw). Definitely recommending this place!

Super pleasant experience. I bought a groupon and ended up coming back for a second session. The same woman was there for both appointments and she was so lovely. She gave me a free whitening pen due to her running slightly behind on schedule when I arrived. The place is lovely too.
Will definitely be going back when I restain my teeth from copious amounts of coffee.

Love this place! Where should I start… Location location location! Right on queen st with easy access and parking. My teeth are really sensitive with whitening products so after trying various locations (including my dentist) and products I found Smile White to have the best results overall. I definitely recommend 2 sequential sittings for maximum results! The staff is friendly, service is quick and the results are visible just after one session. Thank you Smile White!

Prospective customers, please do not pay attention to the 1-​star reviews. Those people have to be completely out of their mind, and they seem to be the prototypical demanding and unrealistic customers that every business has to deal with.
On to my experience. I walked in, drenched, as I cycled through the city in the rain to get to my appointment. I was greeted by staff immediately, and I was promptly offered a towel to dry myself as much as I could from the rain. I filled out my form, and I was given several options in terms of the station I wanted to be seated for the procedure. She let me decide which spot would be most comfortable, and even let me use the neck pillow for ultimate comfort. I felt like I was flying first class. The procedure was hassle free. 2 20-​min sessions and I was on my way, with teeth that were noticeably brighter.
I set up a second appointment a few weeks from now, and that process was quick and painless, and free from any pressuring sales tactics.
I’d definitely recommend this place to any of my friends.

What a great visit and the best service and very friendly staff! I couldn’t believe how amazing and great my teeth looked after just ONE visit! I am making this my new feel good spot and when i have a event I will for sure be going back. As a public relations person and part time model I need to have a smile and look professional ALL THE TIME and I now am confident that I will always be looking my best and SO happy i found this wonderful place. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner while I was there and she is just wonderful and very sweet.

The new location of Smile White at 927 Queen St West (2^nd Floor) is impressive. I like the clean, white walls and simple, modern décor. There is even a delightful patio area off the 2^nd Floor treatment room.
After I walked up the stairs to the main level, I was greeted by the owner w a genuine smile and welcoming demeanour.
There is a quaint lounge area w current magazines to check out while waiting for the treatment.
It was a busy day at the salon but the owner asked me nicely if I could wait just a little bit and apologized for the brief delay.
When it was my time, I was invited politely to come back to the treatment room and lay down on the comfortable treatment bed. I explained that I have sensitive teeth and she was very careful and gentle when proceeding with my whitening.
All-​in-​all I was very pleased with the outcome and had very little tingling on my gums. Nothing serious or too uncomfortable.
I would recommend this procedure to any friends or family and definitely Smile White.
It’s nice to see local businesses working hard to sustain a good business and show a welcoming, genuine commitment to good customer service.
I WILL BE GOING BACK!

The staff were all very friendly and explained the process, answering all of my questions and making sure I was comfortable with the process before beginning. The results were exactly as they had said they would be and I was thrilled to see my teeth go from ‘just a bit too yellow’ to a nice, natural creamy white. I was offered a great price for additional treatments with no pressure to commit on the spot.
The office is clean and comfortable — and the treatment area included a TV, making it easy and relaxing to pass the time.
This is the place to go if you want a whiter smile!

Very nice and clean office. Easy street parking right outside. Accepted my groupon without any issues. Owner was great with helping me try to achieve best results before my wedding. Also gave some great aftercare advice. They have TV shows and movies playing to keep you entertained. Very happy with how much whiter my teeth ate! Definitely recommend their services!

I’ve had my teeth whitened once before, it was painful and expensive and made no difference at all. I decided to try it again at Smile! Natalie is extremely professional and clearly likes what she’s doing.
I could see a difference after the first 20 minute treatment! A big difference!
There was no pain, it was a very reasonable price and I’ve already booked my mom in as well.
I would highly recommend for anyone!!!

I recently came for the first time to this spot for my teeth whitening… The staff is so friendly and helpful. I loved it… I felt like I was with old friends. After my first visit I saw such a noticeable difference and an even bigger difference on my second. I really liked how the staff was really concerned with how I was feeling and sensitivity etc. On my second visit I decided to have my eyelash Extentions touched up and while I waited they gave me another complimentary whitening. It is very rare to get such good treatment like this. I highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed my appointment here. It was a great experience. Service was very friendly and inviting, and the atmosphere was very open and clean. The process felt very smooth and didn’t take long at all! I also love how they have movies playing on a flat screen while you have your treatments done.
