Established in 2015.

We are a new and unique business model. Currently the legal entity through which we run our operations is Edgewater Group, an well established accounting and small business consulting farm located in 975 Bloor Street West.

Through the new entity we intend to offer more services through a network of experienced professional consultants, each of them is an expert in a particular area of business and management.

In the network we have two CA/​CPAs, two lawyers, one debt financing expert, two engineers, one project management professional and a marketing expert.

Business Owner

I can definitely say that I have been around for a while and I have seen a lot. I studied physics as an undergraduate and afterwards did almost three years of Grad School in Physics. It did not get me anywhere in the job market. So after I got married I went back to Business School and earned an MBA.

I worked for about one year with an International Development Agency as their Finance Coordinator and then joined an International Bank. In the next 15 years I worked for them in Bangladesh, India, UK, at the head office in New York and Finally in Toronto, Canada. I worked hard and climbed the corporate ladder quickly (reached to the level of a Vice President), and started to feel like that my life was intertwined with the huge Fortune 500 Company and I would never have to look anywhere to make a living.

That was not true of course. Now I am offering my experience and to businesses in GTA. In my career, there is nothing more satisfying than resolving a problem for a client.
